Manufacturer recommended parts are an important part of maintaining your General Motors vehicle’s optimum performance. We offer the same high quality parts your vehicle was built with, and we keep most of these certified parts in stock. Don Hewlett Customer Lounge
Lounge full of Comfort, Luxury, Treats for you and your family vehicle.
We have added a brew by the cup barista quality coffee and tea bar! The new bar features six different blends of gourmet coffee and five teas to choose from. Your choices are brewed to order with a sealed pod system so every cup is fresh. To sweeten the deal, we also offer five different sweeteners and three different liquid creamers including real dairy products and flavored blends. To keep our lounge green, the hot beverages are brewed by the cup to reduce waste. Complimentary chilled bottled water is also on hand. We also have freshly popped popcorn every day.
We have upgraded and increased our WiFi access for your web enabled smart phones and laptops, just in case you would like to catch up on email, shopping or FACEBOOK to use free of charge with full internet access. We also switched from Styrofoam cups to more eco friendly paper cups and waste reducing sleeves. Don Hewlett also has a clean children’s play area stocked with toys. Our lounge has a nice work area in case you bring a project with you, if not, enjoy our free daily newspaper.
We have a Night Drop available for guests bringing in cars after closing time. If you make arrangements in advance to pay your repair order by phone, we offer after-hours pick-up.

At no charge, our Pit Stop service to our guests is a free fluid check and tire pressure check service. Just stop by our Service Department during operating hours for this free service. No appointment is required. This free service is performed on the service drive without an extended wait time. We suggest for quick turnaround that our guests visit us during the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM Monday to Friday or on Saturday from 8 AM to Noon.
Alternative transportation, our free shuttle van fleet:
Don Hewlett offers free shuttle service from 7:30am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday and 7:30 am to Noon on Saturday. We offer drop off and pick up. The shuttles run approximately in a 25 mile radius of the dealership during the week and 20 mile radius on Saturdays (please see your service advisor for specific coverage area.) We also offer our shopping mall pick up. We’ll bring you to the Round Rock Premium Outlet Mall just down the street, enjoy shopping when your car is being serviced, we’ll pick you up when your vehicle is complete.
And free car wash for your vehicle that visit our service bays:
Just like our upgraded lounge and amenities, your Hewlett Chevrolet Buick team looks for ways to add value to your decision to service your family vehicle with us. That’s why each vehicle we service also gets an exterior wash, and dry, …all for FREE. Don Hewlett will perform these additional free services when wash equipment is operational and our guest’s schedules permit it. Weather and time permitting.

What is it worth to have your vehicle serviced correctly?
You depend on your vehicle for nearly everything, your job, your freedom, your family. So when we at Don Hewlett ask you that question, we’re asking because the care of your vehicle is one area where “okay” is simply not good enough.
The GM certified technicians at Don Hewlett are subject to constant factory review. All of the professionals who work at our dealership are certified by GM, and only an authorized dealership has access to this level of training. Independent shops, no matter what they may say, are not certified by the people who built your car. Independent certifications from generic organizations are as different as grammar school and college.
The easiest way to assess the qualifications of the person to whom you are entrusting your safety is to ask them if they can do warranty work on your vehicle. The answer is no, unless they work for a Certified GM dealership. If the engineers who built your vehicle won’t trust it to someone who is inadequately trained, then why would you? Are lower standards worth the risk?
