Upon his return from Afghanistan my husband needed to purchase a more fuel efficient vehicle for his 120 mile daily drive to/from work. After looking at several dealerships he decided on the 2013 Cruze Titanium with the RS package from Don Hewlett Chevrolet. Our salesman, Wayne Erickson, was knowledgeable, friendly and had a wonderful sense of humor. It was a perfect fit. He made the entire process as stress free as possible. I would highly recommend him. We were also pleased to work with Buddy in finance who was easy-going and thorough without being pushy. All in all it was a pleasant experience and my husband is very happy with his new car.

Mari is one of the best service associates...
Mari is one of the best service associates I have worked with over the fifty plus years I have owned an automobile. She goes out of her way to keep me informed, is most courteous, and extremely efficient. I depend upon her advice. She always takes time to do personal things like Monday when she reset my Bluetooth. My Tahoe is my car so I see to its service, not my husband. It goes without saying that the employees at Hewlett go the extra mile and more. Bonita Kennedy

I HAVE BOUGHT ALL MY VEHICLES AT DON...
I have bought all my vehicles at don hewlett chevrolet. The best friendliest people i have ever met. The remote on my keys went kapoot and they took care of that in a jiffy. Even though they're remodeling that didn't stop them from taking care of business. I go back time and time again because they have taken care of me.

My husband and I arrived at Don Hewlett...
My husband and I arrived at Don Hewlett late afternoon yesterday. We were approached by an associate within minutes of getting out of our vehicle to look around the lot. He was busy with another customer, but assured us that he would get another associate to assist us. Very shortly later, we were greeted by Ross Hewlett, our salesman. He was very professional and helpful to our situation. He led us to his office and looked up vehicles that closely resembled what we were looking for. He gave us a print out of three vehicles to look over. After a short time period of answering ALL of my husband's questions, Ross left to go get the one we were most interested and get it ready for a test drive. We arrived back at the dealership with our minds already made up, we wanted the truck. Ross took us back to his office and got the application together to submit to the finance department. Within about 20 minutes, Brett (from finance) came and got us to finalize the deal. We selected the ad-ons we were interested in and signed the papers. Brett was very friendly and professional...yet quite the jokester, which helped even more in taking the edge off our nervousness. After 20 years of marriage, this is the first ever NEW vehicle we have purchased. Needless to say, we were nervous! Ross jumped right in and helped us from the very start. As a matter of fact, he made it completely painless. After the papers were all signed, he walked us out to the truck, gave us a quick "tour" of features and functions, took our picture with the new truck and we were gone in time to still have dinner before heading home. Everyone that we encountered while at the dealership was very friendly! It was a great environment and even greater experience! Thank you Ross, Brett and Don Hewlett Chevrolet for the painless and enjoyable experience! It was a pleasure doing business with your company... And we will definitely return in the future!

Overall the service was timely and...
Overall the service was timely and excellent. I had to have the transmission dip stick tube replaced and I wanted to have the brake fluid checked. I was charged $33 to have the lid popped off the brake fluid resevoir and the fluid topped off. That seems excessive. The technician also removed some keys from my key ring and didn't replace them. They were left in the truck, but I didn't know that and I thought they had been stolen.

I was looking for another vehicle that gets better gas mileage and easier to get in and out of. I was driving a pickup. I came into Hewlett's and met with John Gonzalez. He was very helpful and patient with me and answered all my questions and helped me get just the vehicle that suits my needs. I also got a very good trade in for my pickup. Everything went very well and I am VERY HAPPY with my new vehicle.

I brought in my 2013 Camaro 2SS for it's first oil change. The service porter and the service agent, Paul, greeted me as soon as I pulled up. Paul took care of the oil change -- free of charge!
