I brought my 2012 Buick LaCrosse in for warranty service on the electrical system (horn). Paul conrad wrote up the work order on 02/20/13. The technician diagnosed the problem and reported back to the service writer, he advised me the part had to be ordered. I told no problem. The part was received on 02/21/13 and installed on 02/22/13. The staff was "GREAT" and the service exemplary. The waits each time were minimal. Thank you for all you do in our Community!
