We all know that it is inconvenient dealing with car problems during your already busy schedule. At Don Hewlett, we’re hoping to simplify the process and quickly determine what the problem is. In most cases, we can let you know where the trouble lies in one workday. All you need to do is:
1. Call 512.681.3046 to reserve the day you’d like to bring your vehicle in for diagnosing.
2. Arrive early (between 7am and 9am) on the day your diagnosis is scheduled.
3. Drop your car off with one of our Service Advisors, explaining the problem(s).
4. The Service Advisor will log it into the system and one of our GM Certified Technicians will perform the needed initial in-shop diagnostics (up to $100).
5. Your Service Advisor will contact you by the end of day to review the repair.
